I Just Want to Celebrate
I have always loved that song. And I love it that Lexa Cain has a bloghop dedicated to celebrating the small things on Fridays.
You can go to her blog HERE and join the fun.
Today I'm celebrating Victoria Lindstrom's interview on her delightful blog Writ of Whimsy, and a school visit, both about my book.
Have a great day!

How great that you're getting the word out about your book with an interview and a school visit! Thanks for the suggestion about closing Celebrate's linky and asking for joiners to contact me directly. That's smart - too bad spammers ruin things for everyone. Have a lovely weekend! :)
Wonderful celebrations! Enjoy your weekend!

Hope the school visit was a lot of fun. Happy weekend.
Enjoy your weekend.
Hi, Lexa, good luck with getting rid of those creepy spammers. The school visit was great today. I had a wonderful time. 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th graders. I went from class to class -- in all 7 sessions, but one was two classes together. The asked such interesting questions!
Thanks. You do, too!
Hi, Suzanne, it was. And it reminded me that for authors who write for a particular age group, a visit to classes of your target age is so invigorating and inspiring -- not to say a wonderful reminder of what the kids are really like -- you know, the smiles, the shrugs, the shyness, the boldness, all the different personalities. It made me realize why I had loved teaching so much.
Thanks, M. R. R., you do, too.
Nice interview over at Writ of Whimsey! Lovely to see the word being spread. See you at the signing.
Thanks, Rosi. I enjoyed Victoria's questions. Writ of Whimsey is a nifty blog. See you soon!
School visit... I think that's the epitome of fun when it comes to book promotion. Loved the interview.
Thanks, Crystal. Both were a lot of fun to do. Hope new baby is doing well. Such a sweetie!
You're certainly doing some things that are right to get others to know aabout your book. Congrats.
Thanks, Peaches! I was especially glad to let the kids know. I love the idea of kids walking into a library and requesting this book because they've heard it's a good book. :-)
Lexa Cain's fun. Sounds like you've been busy with your book. Congrats!
HI Elizabeth ~ thanks for the note at WhenKateBlogs.blogspot.com. To answer your question, my other blog is http://solidhappiness.blogspot.com/ which doesn't appear to be in Chinese from my computer. I hope traffic isn't getting hijacked. Thanks for letting me know.
Donna and Kate, thanks for stopping by. Donna, yes, I've never been so busy! Whew! But it's all good. Kate, I looked at your Solid Happiness blog from thermal you gave me, and that looks normal. It was when I went from your blog list that I got this Chinese version. Good luck.
